The Ultimate Guide to Having Fun

When I’ve been in the throes of a depressive episode, having fun just doesn’t feel like a viable option.  So when I set a goal for myself to have fun every day, it felt daunting at first. Then I did one of my favorite things to do when I’m stressed out.  I made a list. So here is my list of enjoyment/entertainment options for your Ganbatte Planner, all of which are free or cost very little.

  1. Read a magazine

So what do you enjoy?  Leave a comment with what you enjoy doing or what you would like to add to this list.

Be well and much love.
